Anvet Beenleigh Surgery first opened in 1983 as a one-vet practice and has grown over 20 years to a Pet Hospital that currently employ six vets, 12 nurses and a groomer.
Testament to the committed and compassionate vision maintained by staff over the years, the clinic was awarded the Albert and Logan Quest Business Award for Professional Services in 2002, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2010 and most recently in 2011. In 2006 the business was admitted to the awards’ Hall of Fame and in 2011 to the awards' Silver Hall of Fame. In 2009 we were also awarded First Runner-Up for Best Vet in South East Queensland by Paws and Claws magazine.
In 2009 the business relocated from the old practice site on the corner of George and Boundary Streets, Beenleigh to our current location at 13 James St, Beenleigh. The new state-of -the-art hospital was fitted out in the former AVP real estate building and the move was completed in September, 2009. The impressive new Pet Hospital facility boasts five consulting rooms, ducted air-conditioning throughout, separate dog and cat wards, two operating theatres, a high-tech diagnostic imaging room, isolation and wildlife wards, a stem cell laboratory, canine reproduction unit and much more. It enables us to further improve the standard of care we provide to our patients and expand the range of services we can offer.
